WorkPoint, with partner Simplitize, implemented a Document and Case Management solution using WorkPoint 365 and WorkPoint Express on Microsoft 365. This integrated with the client's system and Power Apps for mobile ordering. The results included the digitalization of all critical processes, a centralized view of 1,100 cases, automated ordering, and improved collaboration. WorkPoint's solution reduced dependence on individuals and made data available anywhere.
