Aarhus Teater streamlines 16 annual productions and 250 contract workers with WorkPoint

Aarhus Teater faced a challenge in managing its complex administration for a mixed workforce of 100 permanent and 250 contract employees. Their manual, paper-based processes for handling numerous and often simultaneous employment contracts were susceptible to errors, making on- and offboarding difficult. To address this, they partnered with vendor WorkPoint to implement an HR solution based on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.

The WorkPoint solution provided an archive system that streamlined contract creation and automated the on- and offboarding workflow. This significantly simplified employment administration from creation to archiving. A key result was an advanced integration with their payroll system, which used unique keys for each employment relationship to ensure master data was always correct, resolving previous challenges. The theatre's administration now finds it much easier to manage daily routines for employees.
