Train and evaluate distributed teams using bots

Reliance Nippon Life Insurance (RNLI), one of India’s largest life insurers with 6,000+ field sales managers across 600+ branches and 640+ cities, faced an expensive and hard-to-manage learning & development challenge for its widely distributed frontline. To make daily learning scalable and trackable, RNLI implemented the Digi 30 program using Workplace from Meta as the central collaboration and training platform.

Using Workplace from Meta, RNLI delivers a daily 5‑minute training video to branch groups, follows with 15‑minute live huddles, and pushes a 3‑question evaluation via an integrated Kwench survey bot with reminders; automated “seen by” tracking, daily report cards and gamified recognition close the governance loop. The approach achieved broad adoption (about 70% of employees use Workplace daily across 500+ active groups), improved product knowledge, confidence and motivation, and produced many‑fold gains in key productivity metrics (NAT / ARF / License) that translated into higher revenue.
