Using Workplace from Meta, Spyglass created a “Workplace Agent On-boarding and Sales Training” group, listing-specific groups, and live video broadcasts so new hires can pre-review training and team members can view properties remotely. The change reduced onboarding from days of shadowing to 30–60 minutes, saved 32 hours per month on training, 4 hours per month by cutting meetings, and gave the stager an extra six hours monthly—boosting operational efficiency and team responsiveness.
