Workplace from Meta was rolled out by creating closed ward groups owned by ward managers, sharing final schedules as documents (with automatic rich previews) and using @tags to notify affected staff of changes. The implementation drove rapid uptake—90% of IMH staff claimed accounts within two months, 70% were weekly active users and roughly 200 groups were created—resulting in real‑time, more efficient shift communication and better alignment between ward employees and managers.
