IIFL (India Infoline Limited), a leading integrated financial services group with more than 12,000 employees across 1,150+ branches, needed a reliable way for CEOs and senior leaders to share priorities and build capabilities across a largely frontline, often email‑less workforce. To create informal, organization‑wide conversations and ensure leadership perspective reached every employee, IIFL adopted Workplace from Meta, using features such as Workplace Live to connect leaders directly with staff.

Using Workplace from Meta, IIFL created an open “Company FYI” group, ran pre‑event polls to crowdsource top questions, and used Workplace Live (and its Live API when needed) to stream CEO sessions from simple mobile setups with a moderator. The approach connected over 12,000 employees—including many who had never had email access—enabled high viewership of leadership broadcasts, and established a sustained two‑way dialogue that improved internal engagement and leadership visibility.
