Workplace from Meta was deployed organization-wide (about 750 active users) and integrated with Sansan’s tools via its API so the company could build smart bots like the “Backlog” bot and sync services. Using Workplace Groups, live video, news feed and integrations accelerated decision-making, shortened customer response times, fostered two‑way communication that broke down formalities, and drove internal email use to almost zero—freeing employees to focus on higher‑value work.
