Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), one of Singapore’s largest multi‑disciplinary hospitals with over 8,000 staff and a sprawling campus of clinical departments and specialist centres, struggled with time‑critical facilities and equipment reporting across a 24/7 operation.
