Ransa is a global logistics company headquartered in Peru with 7,000 employees across seven countries. Facing disconnected workers, limited visibility into business activity outside day‑to‑day roles, and difficulty engaging staff and executives, Ransa adopted Workplace from Meta (Workplace) to strengthen employee engagement, streamline internal communications and break down distance between leaders and frontline teams.

Using Workplace from Meta — including Groups, Chat, News Feed, integrations and translation — Ransa built dedicated sector Groups, enabled two‑way communication and, with partner Huminos, deployed a COVID‑19 Bot to share updates and gather feedback. The effort reached 81% of employees via the Bot, generated 8M+ messages since launch and brought 1,700+ users onto Workplace, boosting collaboration, wellbeing and alignment across its global operations.
