BT selected Workplace from Meta to centralize internal communications, keep frontline engineers, retail staff and call-center teams informed, and enable more authentic leadership engagement.

Workplace from Meta deployed features like Live Video, Groups and Chat to enable instant news sharing, polls, comments and sentiment analysis, helping BT move away from long email threads and engage colleagues more directly. The platform now spans 54 countries and 13 languages, with 80k people using the Workplace mobile app each month, 50 million connections made this year, 40k comments, 970k reactions and a further 3 million recorded interactions — demonstrating substantial, measurable improvements in engagement and internal communications.
