Groupe Bel, a global snacking company with 13,000 employees, wanted to promote internal mobility to give employees better career opportunities and retain talent. To do this they used Workplace from Meta (Workplace), creating a dedicated “Mobility” group and even partnering with Work4 to build a custom integration that posts openings automatically to the platform.

Workplace from Meta was configured as an Open Announcements group with HR admins publishing regular job postings, optional default membership to ensure visibility, and an automated feed from the internal jobs platform. The solution increased visibility of internal vacancies, simplified access to opportunities and supported retention and internal mobility; the case study cites these qualitative improvements, though it does not provide specific numerical metrics.
