Manage facilities and report faults efficiently with the Facility Bot

The Treasury Building, a shared workspace for eight Singapore Public Service agencies, struggled with a manual, fragmented facilities reporting process where employees had to hunt for phone numbers and follow-up was inconsistent, leading to many issues going unreported. To address this, the building’s management deployed FacilityBot (developed by RobustTechHouse) hosted on Workplace from Meta, allowing tenants to report faults directly via Workplace Chat with photos and automatic ticket creation.

Using Workplace from Meta, FacilityBot plus a mobile app and web portal automated ticketing, vendor coordination and status updates; reporters receive notifications, technicians update jobs via the FacilityBot Mobile App, and response-time statistics are captured for performance tracking. The result was a better tenant experience, increased management efficiency, easier scheduling and evidence capture for maintenance, and time and manpower savings while reducing unreported faults and improving resolution visibility.
