Sky Brasil, a Brazilian subscription telecommunications provider serving over 5 million subscribers and a retail network including 3,000 franchisees, needed a way to extend the impact of its annual sales conference beyond the limited set of in‑person attendees so insights and recognition wouldn't be lost. To improve communication and broaden participation, Sky Brasil deployed Workplace from Meta across its retail network.

Using Workplace from Meta, Sky Brasil created a dedicated conference group to host live streams, videos and immersive content and launched a Portuguese event bot to help attendees with travel and agenda management. The implementation boosted engagement — 74% of event attendees said the bot made the convention more interactive and agile — while enabling the company to share learnings, motivate its sales force and recognise top performers at scale.
