Airtel’s retail training organization—spread across 22 circles in India—needed a scalable way for its HQ to audit and improve the effectiveness of geographically dispersed field trainers. To solve this, Airtel adopted Workplace from Meta to give trainers a single, secure channel to share live training activity and role‑play videos with HQ.

Using Workplace from Meta, Airtel set up a closed “Airtel Trainers” group where field trainers post daily role‑play videos; HQ randomly reviews posts, comments with targeted feedback, and aggregates themes into periodic improvement posts. The approach created a measurable, daily stream of training evidence across all 22 circles, improved oversight and faster gap identification, and led to better training outcomes—while Airtel continues to use Workplace from Meta as the central feedback and coaching platform.
