Case Study: Miroglio Fashion achieves collective intelligence and faster store rollouts with Workplace from Meta

A Workplace from Meta Case Study

Preview of the Miroglio Fashion Case Study

How Miroglio is using Workplace to build a collective intelligence

Miroglio Fashion, the women’s clothing division of the Miroglio Group operating in 22 countries with 1,100+ stores, needed a way to connect frontline workers with head office, speed up large projects, and boost innovation across languages and sites. To remove communication filters and create transparent, bottom-up dialogue, the company deployed Workplace from Meta, a familiar Facebook-like platform that required no training and drove rapid adoption.

Workplace from Meta was rolled out with role-based groups, Auto Translate, Live Video and daily project updates; frontline teams posted photos and feedback directly into channels (notably during the €17M “300 in 300” store restyle). The result: strong engagement across 1,100+ stores, hundreds of visual-merchandising examples replacing a single model, professional broadcasts at roughly one-tenth the prior cost, and the original goal of 300 refurbished stores met and exceeded ahead of schedule.
