Case Study: HEINEKEN achieves faster global collaboration and reduced training costs with Workplace from Meta

A Workplace from Meta Case Study

Preview of the Heineken Case Study

How HEINEKEN was set up for success with Workplace

Heineken needed to introduce a new way of working across a large, global workforce while overcoming natural resistance to change and a tendency to treat new tools as just another broadcast channel. To drive adoption and peer-to-peer collaboration, Heineken partnered with OrangeTrail to roll out Workplace from Meta as their enterprise collaboration platform to roughly 65,000 employees.

OrangeTrail and Workplace from Meta were rolled out with a focused “content architecture” approach (core groups, trained group owners, and regular content), targeted pilots in Packaging, HR and Communications, and interactive JAM sessions that replaced costly in-person training. The deployment led to rapid uptake, tangible problem-solving (for example a drone-based warehouse labeling fix), accelerated program development across HR, shortened learning cycles and significant cost savings from reduced external training—demonstrating measurable business impact from using Workplace from Meta.
