Ginger Hotels, part of the Tata Group, needed a secure, mobile-first platform to improve communication, share best practices and reduce hierarchy across its nationwide workforce. Workplace from Meta was rolled out with strong leadership sponsorship and a cross-functional pilot, reaching 100% company adoption within 12 months; 81% of employees use it monthly (86% via mobile) and there’s an active Workplace group for every 13 people. The platform cut email reliance, sped up workflows and—by Ginger’s internal survey—delivered over 50% productivity gains, increased employee engagement and CSR participation, and helped the chain earn recognition within the Tata Group.
