Case Study: Kering achieves a connected, engaged global workforce with Workplace from Meta

A Workplace from Meta Case Study

Preview of the Kering Case Study

Giving everybody a voice at the world’s leading fashion brands

Kering, the global luxury group with 35,000 employees across 50 markets (about 60% in retail), faced a major internal-communication gap: retail staff were often disconnected from company news and slow to learn about policies using a desktop‑only intranet and notice boards. To modernize employee experience and give everyone a voice, Kering chose Workplace from Meta as the core platform for its digital transformation.

Workplace from Meta was rolled out through a carefully managed, phased program — starting with 200 senior leaders at a leadership conference, training Workplace champions (one per 50 employees) in 12 languages, and a House‑by‑House launch supported by a three‑tier posting strategy, livestreams and high‑quality video. The result: 85% of Kering employees are active users, over a third visit daily, and more than 30,000 people belong to the company-wide “Kering Universe” group, enabling much faster, broader communication and stronger engagement across Houses.
