Get feedback on marketing campaigns in-house before spending externally

IIFL, a leading integrated financial services group in India with more than 12,000 employees across 1,150 branches, needed a way for its marketing team to get representative feedback on campaigns before investing in external media. To solve this, they used Workplace from Meta (Workplace) to tap a diverse internal audience — including many frontline, email-less staff — to validate creatives and messaging in-house.

Using Workplace from Meta, IIFL set up a company-wide “Marketing XFN” group (Open/Default/Announcements) with admin-only posting so marketers could share print, video and audio assets and invite comments. This gave the team access to a 12,000-strong internal panel for early validation, connected previously email-less employees to marketing processes, and helped reduce the risk and cost of ineffective external spend by surfacing representative feedback before scaling campaigns.
