Workplace from Meta set up a default state-level announcements group (admin-only posts), scheduled leadership live sessions and Workplace events, and encouraged teachers to share best practices and feedback. The solution connected leadership directly with ~290,000 teachers, accelerated top-down message delivery without filtering, enabled regular upward feedback for continuous improvement, and boosted teacher motivation and knowledge sharing across schools.
