The rollout delivered measurable impact: 230+ open groups, 16,000+ posts in AB InBev Africa in 2021, 180k+ reactions over the past year, 80% of the African workforce communicating on the platform and 70% employee satisfaction with the technology — enabling faster responses, continued operations through the pandemic and stronger organizational connection.
