Using Workplace from Meta, Illumina created Subject Matter Expert groups with automatically and dynamically managed membership so teams can post product updates, share customer success stories, and request help. Workplace from Meta was deployed to 100% of employees in early 2017 and is now embedded in Illumina’s core communication processes, providing a centralized resource that enhances collaboration and supports an exceptional customer experience.
