Workplace from Meta was launched with visible CEO support from Mike Wirth, and within 12 months 77% of Chevron’s workforce was active on the platform. The solution enabled direct leadership communication, faster issue resolution (for example, special parking for expectant employees was arranged within 48 hours), and measurable increases in connection, collaboration and employee voice that drove cultural change across the company.
