Valet Living, a Florida-based residential concierge and property management company operating in 40 states, needed a better way to reach and engage its largely part-time workforce (90% of employees) who don’t regularly use email. Workplace from Meta deployed Workplace Groups and a dedicated internal opportunities group to enable two-way dialogue between executives and frontline employees and to advertise jobs internally. The solution drove roughly 75% frontline adoption, a 40–50% year-over-year increase in internal promotions (reported as 50% growth) and a 20% reduction in attrition, strengthening engagement, internal mobility and alignment on social issues.
