Case Study: GovTech achieves a connected, engaged workforce with Workplace from Meta

Connecting leadership and workforce

GovTech, the Government Technology Agency of Singapore, needed a mobile platform to keep staff across 60 sites productive, collaborative and connected during a major digital transformation. To engage employees in co-creating the agency’s Vision, Mission and Values, GovTech adopted Workplace from Meta as its internal communications and collaboration tool.

Workplace from Meta provided News Feed, Polls and leader-driven channels that made communications more targeted and conversational, enabled quick polls (for example to pick a recreation club name and logo), and helped surface inspiring stories and behind‑the‑scenes recognition. The result was stronger engagement and more natural interaction than email, a humanized leadership presence, and a unified workforce across 60 sites as GovTech focused on its mission.
