BurgerFuel, a gourmet burger brand with 2,500 staff across 83 stores in six countries, needed an easy, familiar way for its global frontline workforce to stay engaged, share news and reinforce company culture. To solve this, BurgerFuel adopted Workplace from Meta (Workplace) to provide a single platform that staff would recognize and use across shifts and locations.

Workplace from Meta was rolled out as the home of BurgerFuel’s staff engagement program, with franchisees and managers creating Groups and using the News Feed to share updates, fill shifts, run team-building initiatives and give feedback to head office. The platform connected teams across different shifts and markets, reduced email clutter, improved collaboration and content sharing for marketing, and helped reward high performers — all at scale across 2,500 employees in six countries.
