Comfy, a Ukrainian retailer with 94 stores in 60 cities and more than 4,000 employees, needed to connect frontline store staff, the principal business office, the distribution warehouse and the call center. To unify communications and improve engagement across this dispersed workforce, Comfy adopted Workplace from Meta’s mobile platform.

Workplace from Meta delivered groups, Workplace Chat, News Feed and Live Video to create an “integrated informative and emotionally charged space” where Comfy’s mascot Push shares news, staff run the popular “Adele Challenge” videos, and thematic groups like “Ideas, Questions and Suggestions” and “COMFY Life” drive idea-sharing and morale. The solution connected all 4,000 employees across 94 stores, boosted internal communications and engagement, surfaced best practices to speed up service provisioning, and strengthened relationships between stores.
