Airtel faced a time-sensitive challenge: when the Mumbai circle launched Airtel Payments Bank they had to train and certify hundreds of geographically dispersed Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) quickly while keeping the launch confidential. Workplace from Meta powered a live mobile training session, after which CROs posted role‑play videos in zonal manager groups and were certified via manager comments; uncertified staff repeated the exercise until approved. The approach let Airtel reach hundreds of CROs in hours instead of weeks, speeding rollout, enabling coaching and formal certification, and improving communication across the field.
