To address this gap they turned to the Workplace platform from Workplace from Meta to enable company-wide, real-time collaboration.

Using Workplace from Meta, Searce created a “Sales Stories” group where sellers post short write-ups (templated for situation, challenge, resolution, impact and learnings), tag cross‑functional contributors, and solicit reactions and recognition. The solution built a searchable repository of best practices, boosted awareness, motivation and peer recognition across global teams, and made learning from wins and losses part of everyday sales workflow.
