Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company with 320,000 employees across 4,000 locations in 190 countries, needed a way to connect dispersed teams, reduce isolation and unlock collective innovation. To meet that challenge, Nestlé adopted Workplace from Meta (Workplace) to bring people together, surface best practices and transform informal ideas into business value.
Workplace from Meta was piloted with Nestlé Mexico’s sales force and then rolled out company-wide using principles like “think globally, act locally” and empowered local teams and leadership. The platform produced measurable results—pilot users reported 94% more visibility into market activity and a 60% increase in innovation—while increasing engagement, simplicity and agility and shifting company communication to a faster, more conversational tone.
