Workplace from Meta enabled groups and events where employees shared customer insights and product ideas, sparking a hackathon that advanced personalization efforts. The platform hosted a four‑hour virtual brainstorm with staff from eight countries, gave Customer Service teams a place to surface critical feedback, and brought 2,000 people together for a One Million Properties celebration—helping Booking.com accelerate innovation, boost engagement, and improve product development.
