To streamline this, Ennismore adopted a Workplace group from Workplace from Meta to centralize requests and approvals.

Using Workplace from Meta, Ennismore set up an open group with revenue and reservations teams, designated admins, and a pinned post containing a booking template and @mention approval workflow. The new process reduced a multi-step paper flow to three quick posts (request, revenue sign-off, reservation confirmation) with automated booking emails, improving speed and cross-team communication and helping operations run more smoothly — a change Ennismore links to growing revenues.
