Case Study: Birds Barbershop achieves faster, more connected salon operations with Workplace from Meta

A Workplace from Meta Case Study

Preview of the Birds Barbershop Case Study

Birds Barbershop Styling speedy visual communications

Birds Barbershop, a nine‑salon chain with 170 employees, was struggling to execute fast business decisions across locations because teams relied on email and phone, which reduced transparency and slowed operations, training and staff connection. To solve this, the company adopted Workplace from Meta to enable real‑time, mobile communication and knowledge sharing.

Workplace from Meta deployed Groups (a Group per salon and a Birds Improvements Group) and Live Video so stylists can coordinate shift swaps, share staff between shops, report urgent repairs, and run training sessions. The result was faster coordination and maintenance response across all nine salons, improved training and team cohesion, smoother shop operations and — as co‑founder Jayson Rapaport notes — growing revenues.
