Consolis, a leading industrial group with more than 10,000 employees and hundreds of sites in 28 countries, struggled to stay on top of safety incidents because its process relied on weekly PDF email recaps that lacked visibility and made it difficult to track progress on action items. To modernize reporting, Consolis adopted Workplace from Meta and developed a “SafetyReport” chat bot to replace the email-based workflow.

Using Workplace from Meta, Consolis automated end-to-end incident reporting: employees submit incidents via the SafetyReport bot, which logs posts in a dedicated group with target dates and assigned owners, creating clear accountability and real-time visibility. The change removed the weekly email bottleneck, sped up reporting, and made it much easier to monitor and manage corrective actions across hundreds of sites, improving traceability and responsiveness.
