Automate HR query management in multiple languages using Workplace chat bot

Coca‑Cola Beverages Vietnam, which employs more than 2,500 people across three plants, faced a high daily volume of employee HR queries about leave, medical insurance and payroll and couldn’t find an effective, interactive solution. To address this they deployed the Leena AI chatbot on Workplace from Meta (Workplace by Facebook) to provide employees a conversational way to get HR information in Vietnamese and English.

Using Workplace from Meta as the platform, the Leena AI bot was integrated with SuccessFactors and the company’s Time & Attendance system to deliver real‑time answers and automate a vast number of daily HR queries. The deployment cut manual HR workload, improved employee access to HR data for over 2,500 staff, and set the stage for additional modules (L&D, onboarding, surveys) to drive further value.
