Workplace from Meta enabled regular “diversity dialogue sessions” via Workplace Live, a global DE&I group with pinned posts, name-pronunciation/pronoun fields and skin‑tone sensitive emojis, and faster, more authentic leader responses through Groups and Chat. The solution drove measurable engagement: 27,000 employees in the most active global group, 1,500 daily active users in the global DE&I group, 97% weekly active users and a 100% adoption rate, while expanding reach (for example, a new Pride chapter in the Philippines) and improving real-time, grassroots communication.
