How Scout24 Aligned All Employees Around Company Strategy With Workpath

Scout24, the operator of ImmoScout24 (about 13.8 million monthly users) with roughly 800 employees, faced poor alignment and limited visibility into company priorities under a traditional top-down goal-setting approach. In 2019 they adopted the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework and selected Workpath as their implementation partner, using the Workpath platform to professionalize OKR adoption and drive organization-wide engagement.

Workpath implemented a full OKR rollout supported by its platform and analytics suite, connecting about 700 users across functions, providing a customized dashboard, and making OKRs a common language for capacity planning and onboarding. As a result, engagement rose (70% of users update goals weekly), focus improved (96% of active goals updated bi-weekly) and alignment increased (89% of goals contribute to organizational priorities), with visualizations and insights from Workpath enabling ongoing, data-driven adjustments.
