A Workpath Case Study
e.dialog Netz, a service company in the E.ON Group, needed to digitalize its strategic planning and KPI processes to improve transparency and internal communication. To replace siloed tools (Excel, OneNote, Teams) and foster clearer, customer-focused objectives, e.dialog Netz selected Workpath and adopted its OKR-based outcome management platform and services.
Workpath implemented a hybrid OKR/KPI approach with coaching, guides and a simple UI, enabling teams to map cross-functional KPIs, run three-month goal cycles and learn by iteration. After one year, nearly 100 of ~650 employees use Workpath, cross-department collaboration and visibility improved, and the target achievement rate stabilized at about 60% across the last three cycles—early evidence that Workpath is helping e.dialog Netz move toward a more outcome-oriented, agile way of working.
