Case Study: DB Schenker achieves outcome-focused strategy execution and faster results with Workpath

A Workpath Case Study

Preview of the DB Schenker Case Study

How DB Schenker Implemented And Scaled An Okr Process Across European Locations

DB Schenker, the global logistics provider with 2,100 locations and 74,200 employees, needed to better link pan‑European strategy to local execution because its existing setup was too output‑focused and lacked transparency and measurable outcomes. To address this, DB Schenker partnered with Workpath (and BearingPoint) to introduce the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework and adopt the Workpath software platform for outcome‑focused strategy execution.

Workpath supported a structured roll‑out of OKRs across European clusters by connecting goals, metrics and initiatives on a single platform, providing visualizations, real‑time analytics and hands‑on coaching. The program (including 300+ people trained) improved goal‑setting and measurability, sharpened team priorities, increased productivity and sped up the strategy‑to‑execution cycle—delivering clearer transparency and faster, data‑driven results with Workpath at the center of the solution.
