Ströer, a leading German out-of-home advertiser aiming to become the "most customer‑centric media house," faced challenges with cross‑team alignment, transparency of strategic priorities, and limited linking/reporting in its previous OKR tooling. To address these issues and make OKRs usable company‑wide, Ströer adopted Workpath’s enterprise OKR platform, including its Analytics Suite and integrations with tools like Jira and Teams.
