A Workpath Case Study
HolidayCheck, a travel-review platform, faced the challenge of shifting from feature-driven planning to a customer-value and outcome-based way of working by rolling out Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across the organization. To do this they partnered with Workpath to embed OKR practices, align leadership conversations to company OKRs, and build the skills and roles (OKR Owners and volunteer OKR Champs) needed to run the process.
Workpath supported HolidayCheck with its Workpath Goal Cycle, Masterclass training, and playbooks to implement weekly check‑ins, confidence-level tracking, alignment workshops and reviews while removing short‑term individual incentives. Using Workpath’s approach and training, HolidayCheck established clear responsibilities, improved cross-team alignment and communication, and created a repeatable OKR rhythm (from goal announcement through +10W reviews) that accelerated their agile transformation and ongoing goal transparency.
