Orange Communications, one of the world’s leading telecommunications operators, needed to replace a patchwork of different project tracking tools used across departments. This made collaboration difficult and limited visibility into project costs, so Orange turned to WorkOtter for a cloud-based project portfolio management (PPM) solution to standardize project management for about 100 project managers.

WorkOtter implemented the system in less than one week and hosted it in a privately managed cloud for Orange, enabling remote access across Europe. The solution was flexible, easy to use, and integrated with MS Project, helping drive internal standardization and quick user acceptance. Orange reported very little need for ongoing support and praised WorkOtter for excellent, responsive service.
