Webflow, a visual-first web design tool used by enterprises like PWC, Dell, Rakuten, and Philips, needed to move upmarket quickly by adding enterprise features such as SSO and Directory Sync (SCIM). The company was losing deals because larger customers required SCIM as a table-stakes procurement item for automated user deprovisioning.

To meet that need, Webflow extended its existing WorkOS SSO setup with WorkOS Directory Sync and used the WorkOS Admin Portal to streamline onboarding. With WorkOS, the integration took less than two weeks with one engineer, avoided the heavy cost of building SCIM in-house, and helped Webflow better serve larger enterprise customers while exploring additional WorkOS features like RBAC and FGA.
