A Workmeter Case Study
Morph Estudio, a Madrid-based architecture firm with around 100 professionals, needed a better way to manage project-based work and accurately track time across multiple assignments. Its manual time-reporting process depended on each employee’s subjective estimate, creating inconsistent data, poor visibility into resource use, and administrative inefficiency. WorkMeter, using EffiWork and WorkProject, was brought in to solve this challenge.
WorkMeter implemented an automated time-imputation solution tailored to Morph Estudio’s workflows, helping the company register working hours objectively, support legal time tracking, and reduce the burden on staff. The system also provided useful productivity and software-usage metrics, enabled better project and resource sizing, and supported remote work and digital disconnection alerts. Morph Estudio said WorkMeter reduced time-imputation costs by around 80% and delivered highly precise information for both the company and employees.
