HBS Painting Finds Field Based Operations Solution with WorKMax Platform

HBS Painting, a commercial and home painting contractor with about 45–50 employees, needed a better way to capture accurate field data for payroll, billing, and project visibility. Before WorkMax, Tyler Hoppe and his team relied on more than ten different tracking systems, but none gave them enough confidence in the data without heavy management oversight, especially across multiple active job sites and remote crews.

WorkMax implemented WorkMax TIME and WorkMax FORMS to give HBS Painting real-time clock-in/out tracking, facial recognition, GPS/geofencing, Spanish-language access, PIN login, and digital job-site forms. The result was live visibility into who was on each site, when they arrived or left, and what work was completed, helping HBS Painting improve accuracy, reduce ghost employees, streamline communication, and support faster, more reliable payroll and billing decisions.
