By expanding Workiva beyond SEC and SOX uses into management reporting, the team linked general ledger data to cloud-based templates, enabled simultaneous editing, and used blacklines and audit trails for transparency. The change cut manual work, saved time by syncing data across documents, increased confidence in FP&A outputs, and improved visibility into revision history.
