NII Holdings, a Latin American mobile communications company based in Reston, Va., faced a cumbersome three-step SEC reporting process managed by Shannon Davis: reports were drafted in Word, sent to an outside printer for EDGARizing, and then to a separate vendor for XBRL tagging.
