Daltrey sought to redefine security by using biometrics to eliminate the need for passwords, cards, and PINs. Their challenge was to create a feasible and efficient 'biometrics as a service' solution for businesses, a cutting-edge concept that required significant technical validation. To address this, WorkingMouse conducted a tech spike and built a proof of concept using C#Bot to ensure the project's viability before committing to full development.

WorkingMouse developed a comprehensive solution consisting of a web application, a native Android app, and the Dot Matching Engine. This system allows for the administration of users and enables third parties to consume user identities through secure biometrics like fingerprints or facial recognition. Following the successful build, WorkingMouse helped Daltrey onboard its own internal development team to continue growing the product.
