A Workhorse Case Study
The Bozzuto Group, a real estate developer, faced the challenge of introducing 45 new townhomes in Washington, DC's Brookland neighborhood. Their goal was to build a campaign that prioritized placemaking, selling the neighborhood's unique identity first rather than leading with the development itself. They partnered with the vendor Workhorse to create this introductory campaign.
Workhorse developed a versatile "Grounded in Brookland" branding system anchored by a stamp-like badge. The campaign's core consisted of three interchangeable pillars—"Grounded in Community," "Grounded in Culture," and "Grounded in History"—each paired with authentic local photography. This solution allowed Bozzuto's sales office and brokers to lead with the neighborhood's story, successfully grounding the new Gallery Townhomes in a place buyers were already sold on.
