antites, a small consulting firm in Madrid, Spain, helped its client GT Asesoria automate labor- and fiscal-document workflows that were consuming several days each month. Using WorkFusion’s RPA Express, the team tackled a process that involved downloading, splitting, naming, and emailing social security reports for nearly 300 clients, plus organizing related documents for archiving.

WorkFusion’s RPA Express was implemented in stages and stabilized by February 2018, with the first real data processed in October 2017. The solution cut effort from five or six working days per month to just two, reduced staffing from two or three employees to one supervising user, and led to consistent, error-free file naming. It also enabled rapid document upload and archiving, with more than 13,000 fiscal documents and 4,600 social security documents loaded, and the upload process ready in just two weeks.
